Car Show for Cancer

A friend asked if I could help shoot a car show for cancer about a month ago. There was a pretty decent turnout, I'm happy to say. This is their second year doing it I believe. I've been working on some of the edits, but there's a lot more to go. It was an incredibly bright day and hotter than it should be for November in Tucson! We had a good time! Keep your eyes open for next year's event and hopefully more cures can be found!

Jackie the Kitty

Greetings from the kitty. This is Jackie. She loves attention. She is also adorable and I was bored. We both decided that you all would enjoy a photo. It so happens to also be me messing with more post-processing. I'm not sure how I like this particular one...but I figured I would throw it out here and you all can tell me to stay away from this heavy editing or give your approval. I never split tone...obviously I have a lot more to learn.

Hoover Wedding

I have finally had a chance to sit down and upload some of Ashley and Hoover's photos from their wonderful day! I had such a great time and can only hope that some of these photos captured enough of the emotions felt that day. Ashley and Hoover have such a wonderful story and I wish the best to both of them on their sweet beginning to this new stage in their life together.

Ashley & Robert aka Hoover (Preview)

I'm just going to preface this with: it took forever for me to choose which ones I liked most for the preview! In the end, I decided these were probably the best for a sneak peak of what is to come! Ashley and Hoover were an amazing couple from start to finish! This was the easiest, most beautiful wedding I have had the honor of photographing. It was such a touching day, even I ended up bawling my eyes out at one point. I can't wait for the couple to see the completed batch!

Brittney & Patrick

My amazing cousin Marquette and I finally got to shoot together. For all of those who don't know her work check her out at  http://marquettephoto.blogspot.com/. She does some great stuff! It's the first time that I've worked as a second shooter, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Brittney and Patrick were a great couple and it was an incredibly low stress day considering we started shooting around 10:30am and ended around 9pm.  Here are just a few I got around to editing and some of my personal favorites.
